[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/423199J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Technical Lead ## Job description React JS Technical Lead Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – React JS to lead the design, development, and delivery of a large-scale E-Commerce Web Portal. - The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, architecture design, team leadership, and agile delivery - practices. - The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, driving technical excellence, and - delivering a scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing e-commerce platform. - Experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Microsoft Copilot for developer productivity, code generation, documentation, and quality improvements is highly preferred. - Strong hands-on experience with React JS - Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript - Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, and Cross-Browser Compatibility - Experience in developing large-scale E-Commerce applications - Proficiency in API integration using RESTful services - Experience with Node.js ecosystem and frontend build tools - Strong understanding of application performance optimization - Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines - Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience leading and mentoring development teams - Must-Have Skills - Knowledge and practical usage of GitHub Copilot - Experience with Next.js - Familiarity with cloud platforms - Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture - Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright - Exposure to DevOps practices and deployment automation - Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) standards ### Roles & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end development of the E-Commerce Web Portal. - Define and implement scalable front-end architecture using React JS. - Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, and Backend Teams. - Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code. - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Mentor and guide team members on technical and functional aspects. - Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility compliance. - Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions. - Participate in solution design, technical estimations, and sprint planning. - Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality. - Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards. - Support production deployments and resolve critical issues when required. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Status reporting, Status communication in daily calls, team memtoring. ### Education Bachelor's degree Salary Range: $120000 - $140000 a year #LI-JH1
