## Job description

### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data management solutions using IBM tools such as: IBM Db2 IBM InfoSphere DataStage IBM Master Data Management (MDM) IBM Cognos (Reporting)
- Manage database systems, including performance tuning and optimization Develop ETL workflows and data pipelines
- Handle data migration, transformation, and integration
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide support
- Create technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BI, Analytics, Application teams)
