The ideal candidate will lead platform strategy, roadmap planning, solution architecture, service delivery, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. ### Experience - 10+ years of IT experience. - 10+ years of ServiceNow experience. - Experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and transformations. - Experience managing global teams and vendor engagements. - Proven track record delivering large-scale ServiceNow programs. ### Technical Expertise - ITSM, HRSD, ITOM Event Management, CMDB & Discovery, Service Catalog - Employee Center, CSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs - JavaScript, Performance Analytics - AI/GenAI capabilities within ServiceNow - Agile and ITIL methodologies Certifications (Preferred) - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow CIS – ITSM - ServiceNow CIS – HRSD - ServiceNow CIS – CSM - ServiceNow CIS – Discovery - ITIL Foundation / Managing Professional - Agile/Scrum Certification Roles & Responsibilities ### Key Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Governance - Own and govern the ServiceNow platform roadmap, release management, backlog prioritization, and platform lifecycle. - Establish governance frameworks, standards, best practices, and architecture principles. - Lead platform modernization initiatives and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities. - Define operational metrics, and continuous improvement strategies. Solution Architecture ### Design scalable enterprise solutions across ServiceNow modules including - ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, CMDB & CSDM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Employee Center - Provide architecture leadership for complex business transformations. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards. ### Enterprise Integrations - Lead integr ations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications such as: - SAP, Intune, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, CrowdStrike - LeanIX, Apptio, Horizons, BT Digital Services - Identity and Asset Management platforms - Define integration architecture using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-driven designs. ### CMDB & CSDM Leadership - Lead CMDB strategy, governance, data quality initiatives, and service mapping programs. - Establish data models, reconciliation policies, and lifecycle governance. - Drive CSDM adoption and alignment across business and technical services. ### Program & Delivery Management - Manage large-scale ServiceNow programs from requirements through production support. - Lead SOW development, project estimation, budget planning, risk management, and stakeholder communications. - Coordinate with business leaders, vendors, architects, and development teams. ### Leadership & People Management - Lead global development and support teams. - Mentor developers, architects, business analysts, and administrators. - Drive delivery excellence, resource planning, and knowledge management initiatives. - Engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders Base Salary Range: $135,000 to $150,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive. ### Comprehensive Medical Coverage Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans. ### Family Support Maternal & Parental Leaves. ### Insurance Options Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection. ### Convenience & Professional Growth Commuter Benefits & Certification & Training Reimbursement. ### Time Off Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays. ### Legal & Financial Assistance Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing. #LI-SV2 #LI-KUMARAN
