## Job description

Required Skill..3-5 years of Technical experience in ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent or any Chat Bot area, Now Assist.At least 2 implementation experiences of Chat Bot any area (IT, HR etc.).Good knowledge of ServiceNow Platform.Knowledge of ServiceNow Now Assist and AI Agents working, ability to understand the technicalities how AI Agents work and apply for creating demos/solutions.Ability to Develop a comprehensive strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and latest Industry trends.New Offering and Asset creation capabilities with a focus on AI and latest trends.Programming knowledge in languages such as Python, and especially AI-centric libraries like TensorFlow, Py Torch, and Keras.

This includes the ability to implement and manipulate complex algorithms fundamental to understand generative AI models..Expertise in generative models such as generative adversarial networks (GANs) and variational autoencoders (VAEs). The candidate should be able to design, train, and optimize these models to generate high-quality, creative content..Natural language processing (NLP) for text generation projects. This includes familiarity with techniques for text parsing, sentiment analysis, and the use of transformers like GPT (generative pre-trained transformer) models..Data management knowledge, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and generation of synthetic data.

This involves cleaning, labeling, and augmenting data to train and improve AI models..Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable..Design and implement robust APIs using frameworks to support the operational needs of AI models and services.

### Preferred Skill

.Experience implementing Chat Bot / Virtual Agent / Now Assist / AI Agents.Experience with competition (Other Chat Bots like Kore.AI).Experience working with Banking Customer.ServiceNow product knowledge is required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations.Create detailed technical designs that align with the client's short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively..Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
