The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into user-centered designs, developing modern user interfaces, and maintaining enterprise design standards. This role requires strong expertise in Figma, design systems, prototyping, accessibility standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. UX Design - Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking. - Experience creating user flows, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. - Knowledge of information architecture and interaction design principles. - Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user feedback. ### UI Design - Expertise in creating modern, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, layout systems, and visual hierarchy. - Experience designing web and mobile applications.
