## Job description

Role:RTR Associate Manager Skill: Finance and Accounting,RTR Experience: 7 years to 10 years Job Location: Chennai Shift Timing-12:30 PM-3:30 am Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA Must Have Skills:
- 7/8+ years of experience in FnA - GL activities
- Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolve queries, Review of complex activities, month close review meetings with business & retained accounting team review quality & compliance, SLA tracking & reporting, Lead process improvements
- Should have managed the team of 10+ team members
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Interaction with the client - Governance calls
- SLA adherence
- Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred

### Good to Have
- Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance Sheet, Month close & recons, tech, tools
- 3 Yrs team handling
- Excellent communication skills
- MS office proficiency Job Responsibility
- Willing to work in night and rotational shifts.
- AR experience required
- Customer service skills
- Well-organized and proactive
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and orally
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work independently
- Tracking budget expenses
- Attention to detail
- Maintains healthy vendor relationships
- PC proficiency
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
