## Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

### Job Summary

Procurement Consultant to review bank's existing procurement framework, policies and establish a robust, scalable procurement operating model. The consultant will assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design standardized procurement policies, governance, and best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.

### Key Responsibilities
- Assess current procurement processes, policies, systems, and governance.
- Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement standardized end-to-end procurement processes and SOPs.
- Develop procurement policies, approval workflows, and governance frameworks.
- Recommend procurement technology and automation improvements.
- Establish vendor management, sourcing, and contract management frameworks.
- Define procurement KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support change management.
- Deliver a procurement transformation roadmap and implementation plan.

### Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement transformation experience.
- Proven experience in procurement process redesign and operating model development.
- Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier management, and procurement governance.
- Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
