## Job description

### Position

Process Associate Role: Processor Job Location: Pune Shifts: Flexible with rotational shifts including night nights Qualification: Graduate Experience: 1-7 years Key Responsibilities:
- Process New Business and Renewal activities within defined

### KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain compliance with process guidelines and quality standards
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Continuously upskill through training and development opportunities Domain Skills:
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain

### Preferred
- Certification in US Insurance (e.g., AINS, CPCU)

### General Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C Insurance process in New Business and Renewals
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong prioritization skills
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience
