## Job description

### Skill

UX Designer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: 5–10 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.

### Roles & Responsibilities

Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models to communicate ideas effectively. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Advocate for best UX practices and maintain design consistency across all touchpoints. Collaborate with UI designers to ensure a seamless blend of functionality and visual appeal. Salary Range - $100,000-$125,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
