## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation)
- Expertise in:
- Product analytics
- Event tracking frameworks
- Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications
- Knowledge of:
- Data pipelines o API-based integrations

### Roles & Responsibilities
- Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform
- Enable tracking of:
- Feature usage and product adoption
- User behavior and engagement
- Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs
- Work closely with:
- Product teams
- Engineering teams o AI application teams
- Drive integration of Amplitude with:
- Applications under development o AI-powered workflows

### Define
- Event tracking strategy
- Instrumentation standards
- Build dashboards for:
- Adoption metrics
- Product usage insights
- Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Ability to quickly take over platform from product team

### Strong capability to work across
- Business + technical stakeholders
- Capable of scaling adoption across multiple applications Salary Range: $120,000- 135,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
