[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/421411J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / AWS Solutions Architect ## Job description ### Location Gurgaon/ Bengaluru Required Technical Skill Set ### Strong experience with AWS core services - Compute: EC2, Auto Scaling, Lambda Storage: S3, EBS, EFS Networking: VPC, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudFront Databases: Aurora PostGreSQL - Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant architectures ### Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK ### Good understanding of security best practices - IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield ### Experience with monitoring and logging - CloudWatch, X-Ray ### Familiarity with containerization - Docker, ECS, EKS - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines ### Cloud & Architecture - Strong understanding of Well-Architected Framework - Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures - Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud integrations (nice to have) Must-Have ### Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK ### Good understanding of security best practices - IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield ### Experience with monitoring and logging - CloudWatch, X-Ray ### Familiarity with containerization - Docker, ECS, EKS ### Cloud & Architecture - Strong understanding of Well-Architected Framework - Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures ### Soft Skills - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Problem-solving and analytical mindset ### Leadership and mentoring capabilities Role descriptions - Design and architect end-to-end AWS cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements - Define cloud reference architectures, infrastructure patterns, and design standards - Lead cloud migration initiatives (re-host, re-platform, re-architect) - Implement and review security, scalability, availability, and cost-optimization strategies - Provide technical leadership during application development, deployment, and operations - Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automation, and IaC - Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for modernization - Support pre-sales, RFP responses, and solution design (if applicable) - Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers - Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry standards
