You will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to scalable platform solutions, integration initiatives, and performance optimisation while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. ### Key responsibilities Developing and maintaining Java‑based applications using modern frameworks and best practices. Performing code analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance. Supporting integration of applications across platforms, services, and enterprise systems. Contributing to design discussions and solution architecture decisions. Ensuring code quality through testing, review processes, and documentation. Supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. Collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. ### Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience Proficiency in Java and enterprise application development. Familiarity with Spring Framework, including Spring MVC, AOP, IoC, Dependency Injection, JPA, and Hibernate. Understanding of Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Couchbase. Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Jenkins. Awareness of tokenisation and cryptogram technologies in secure environments. Ability to work across development and integration activities within enterprise systems. ### Desirable skills/knowledge/experience Understanding of multithreading and advanced application design techniques. Familiarity with scripting languages such as UNIX, SQL, or PL/SQL, and tools like Apache Cassandra. Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and system testing practices. Proficiency with version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with code quality tools such as Sonar and design patterns. Exposure to code optimisation and reuse practices. Awareness of AI‑assisted coding tools.
