## Job description

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and achievement of hiring targets.
- Drive recruitment strategy execution for bulk, lateral, and corporate function hiring across IT and technology roles.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and process excellence.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex hiring challenges.
- Provide strategic hiring insights and workforce planning support.Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hire.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
