[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/418461J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Team Lead-GA ## Job description ### Role Team Lead-GA Skill: Finance and Accounting, General ledger/ book keeping, Fixed assets & month end reporting Experience: 4 years to 6 years Job Location: Chennai Education: - Minimum - 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts CPA, CA, CWA qualification is an added advantage Must Have Skills: 1) Good communication skills – Verbal and written 2) Good understanding of Record to Report - Processes Good-to-Have Skills: - Client/stakeholder management skills - Analytical thinking and Result oriented approach - Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment - MS Excel skills with experience in developing simple Macros or MS Access experience in working with - Proactive identification of potential issues in achieving SLA compliance and acting on them to avoid last minute surprises - Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high stress environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness - Month end Reporting ### Job Responsibilities - Team Leader would be for responsible for managing daily/recurring process deliverables - All activities should be handled basis contractual SLAs agreed with the client. Turnaround time (TAT) and Accuracy being key SLAs - Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliations - Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation - Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client - Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries - Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
