The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and experience of providing production support by managing and resolving recruitment-related tickets. This role requires working closely with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous support for recruitment operations. ### Key Responsibilities - Provide Level 2 functional support for the Oracle Recruitment module/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). - Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to recruitment processes within defined SLAs. - Handle complex recruitment module issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution when required. - Support end users with recruitment-related functionality, configurations, and process queries. - Monitor and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions. - Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to support business requirements. - Validate system changes and support testing activities for patches, enhancements, and releases.
