## Job description

### Role

Facilities Lead / Manager Emperience: 12-16 Years Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Manage facility operations, cafeteria services, hospitality, transport, safety, and workplace security. Oversee vendor management, AMC renewals, procurement, budgeting, and cost control. Ensure smooth operation of BMS and coordinate with statutory/government authorities. Maintain compliance and support efficient workplace management.

### Required Skills

Experience in administration, facility management, hospitality, operations, and security services. Knowledge of procurement, contract management, vendor management, and government liaison. Familiarity with BMS, power distribution systems, fire safety systems, and transport operations. Proficient in MS Office, MIS reporting, and resource planning. Strong team player with a proactive, responsible, and service-oriented approach.
