## Job description

Required skill for Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement Specialist / operational excellence Desired Candidate Profile current profile should consist of 80% of their time in core Process Excellence and 20% in domain-related expertise. Overall, 10-15 + years of relevant experience in Process Improvements, preferably for BFSI domain. Should be Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Good understanding & experience in BFSI domain along with skills to enhance Process performance. * 80% operational excellence and 20% operations /delivery exposure *
