[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/next/en-IN/jobs/414370J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Tableau Architect ## Job description Role-Tableau Architect Experience - 10 to 15 years Location - PAN INDIA JD Required Technical Skill Set - Deep hands‑on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Cloud for enterprise analytics. - Expertise in designing server/cloud architecture including clustering, scalability, high availability, and environment setup. - Strong ability to design advanced dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs using visualization best practices. - Expertise in optimizing dashboards for performance, usability, and alignment with business KPIs. - Experience managing user roles, permissions, AD/SSO authentication, licensing, and governance frameworks. - Knowledge of security standards such as SAML, LDAP, and compliance frameworks (enterprise-level environments). - Familiarity with integrating Tableau with enterprise platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, Fabric. - Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and certified datasets. - Skills in optimizing Tableau extracts, queries, server performance, and dashboard load times. - Experience in conducting system monitoring, load testing, and capacity planning. - Ability to mentor BI developers, define best practices, review code, and guide teams in Tableau development. - Experience leading or contributing to Tableau Centers of Excellence, standardization efforts, and enterprise BI governance.
