Support audits and reporting - Assist with HR reporting requirements and participate in audits to ensure compliance - Create and maintain SOPs for data management processes Experience Required MBA in HR with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR Ops - Knowledge of global HR processes and standard operating procedures is preferable - Proficient in MS excel for managing data ### Good Communication Skills Roles & Responsibilities - Process HR transactions Education MBA in HR (mandatory) Work Location Bangalore S hift Timings Should be flexible with night shift, rotational shifts.
