Com/M.com/MBA - Finance (Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate)

### Must Have Skills

F&A, RTR exp 5+ yrs MS Office Good communication SAP Process improvements: Identify and implement efficiency gains, automation, and standardization initiatives.

### Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations teams; provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Tax & Statutory Reporting 3 – 5 years of experience in general accounting Good-to-Have Skills: Journal Entries & GL Maintenance: Post and review journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and adjustments. Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts.

### End-to-end RTR process

Execute journal entries, maintain general ledger (GL), manage intercompany, fixed assets, taxes, accruals, and reconciliations in line with GAAP/IFRS Month-end/quarter-end/year-end close: Close books timely, resolve discrepancies, and perform variance analysis on P&L trends.

### Balance sheet reconciliations

Reconcile GL, bank, fixed assets, intercompany, and other key accounts; document and resolve variances. Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts.

### Financial reporting & analysis

Prepare financial statements, trial balances, variance explanations, and ad-hoc reports.

### Audit & compliance

Support internal/external audits; maintain internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Job Responsibility Deliver accurate, compliant financial reporting by owning the full Record-to-Report process—from posting journals through month-end close and reporting. The Record-to-Report (RTR) role is responsible for managing the end-to-end financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, maintaining general ledger integrity, performing reconciliations, and delivering compliant financial statements.

This role supports audits, drives process improvements, and collaborates across finance functions to provide reliable financial insights for decision-making.
