This senior leadership role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex, large-scale transformation engagements for TCS clients, ensuring successful delivery across all phases. This role oversees multiple transformational projects, including ERP implementations and business process improvements, while coordinating timelines, resources, and capacity planning. The Program Director manages program-level status, metrics, risks, and deliverables, leveraging broad business and technical expertise. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
