## Job description

Gather and analyze business requirements related to invoice processing and Accounts Payable (AP). Configure and support OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Design and implement invoice capture, validation, approval workflows, and exception handling processes.
- Configure VIM components such as: DP Document Processing ICC/BCC (Invoice Capture Center/Business Center) Approval workflows Business Rules Exception handling
- Work with SAP modules including: FI/AP MM Workflow Basis (for integrations and troubleshooting)
- Perform system testing, unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

Analyze and resolve production issues related to invoice processing and workflow. Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and migration activities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and audit requirements.

### Required Skills

Strong experience in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management). Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) business processes. Hands-on experience in SAP FI and MM integration. Experience with workflow configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of invoice processing lifecycle, 2-way/3-way matching, and exception handling. Ability to analyze business requirements and provide optimal solutions. Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

### Preferred Skills

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and VIM migration projects. Knowledge of OpenText Archive Server, ICC/BCC, and OCR technologies. Exposure to SAP Fiori applications related to VIM. Understanding of SAP ABAP debugging and enhancement concepts. Experience in global rollout, support, or implementation projects.
