Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to gather business requirements. Define and document:- Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) User Stories Process Flows Data Mapping Documents Gap Analysis Target Operating Models Facilitate requirement sign-offs and stakeholder alignment. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technology teams. Skills & Experience:- 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience. Strong Banking and Financial Services domain expertise.
