## Job description
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes Configure SAP SD module including: Sales order processing Pricing and condition techniques Billing and invoicing Delivery and shipping processes
- Perform customization and configuration in SAP SD based on business needs
- Work on integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM)
- Prepare functional specifications for technical developments (RICEFW objects)
- Support implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Provide end-user support and documentation
- Ensure compliance with business processes and best practices

### Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 3–10 years of experience in SAP SD module
- Strong understanding of: OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle Pricing procedures and condition techniques Output determination Credit management (basic knowledge preferred) Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Knowledge of integration with MM and FI modules
- Familiarity with IDOCs, Interfaces, and basic ABAP debugging (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
