## Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 8+ years in IT and Quality Assurance. 5+ years supporting Pharma/Life Sciences customers. Experience leading global testing services delivery across US, UK, and India. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Test Strategy & Governance Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing Data Testing & Validation Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Testing & Validation service delivery across multiple Pharma projects
- Lead onsite/offshore QA teams and manage delivery, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Drive QA through automation, AI-enabled testing, and Quality Engineering practices.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
- Act as escalation point for delivery issues and customer concerns.
- Support solutioning, staffing, and growth initiatives. Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Strong Pharma domain knowledge.
- Proven QA delivery experience.
- Ability to drive test modernization.
- Excellent customer management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience building high-performing QA service.

### Salary Range

$110,000 -$130,000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
