## Job description

### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience with PLM software like 3DX, Teamcenter
- PLM experience on aerospace process / certification and knowledge of products.
- Experience in executing projects in Agile Framework
- Background in engineering, IT, or product data management, with experience in PLM customization and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities

### Backlog & Strategy
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the PLM product roadmap and backlog, turning business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

### Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and external partners to gather requirements and drive adoption.

### Process Improvement
- Optimize PLM workflows, including Change Management (ECR/ECN), BOM management, and document control, aligning them with company goals.

### Agile Leadership
- Drive product development using Scrum or SAFe, leading grooming and sprint planning sessions with technical teams.

### System Ownership
- Ensure system availability, data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards, coordinating testing and deployment of new features.

### Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent

### Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

### Communication
- Ability to communicate complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

### Certifications
- Good to have Agile certifications SAFe / PSM Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Working in a dynamic environment
- Good to have Manufacturing domain understanding Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
