[Apply on Tata Consultancy Services’s careers site →](https://ibegin.tcsapps.com/candidate/jobs/418734J) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Tata Consultancy Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/tata-consultancy-services/) / Commercial Excellence Consultant ## Job description ### Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Experience in Commercial Excellence (Sales, Service, Marketing, CRM, CPQ, and eCommerce) - Experience in consulting and transformation engagements (strategy definition, process transformation, technology evaluation, business architecture, roadmap definition, business case development) - Knowledge of various leading technology platform - Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting - including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy - Exposure to AI strategy and consulting ### Roles & Responsibilities - Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies. - Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc - Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers - Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums - At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experiences in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred. - Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform.
