Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden und Frameworks Interesse an der Rolle des Agile / Scrum Masters sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und Kommunikation Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Lösungsorientierung Gute Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Bereitschaft, 1- bis 2-mal monatlich zu reisen Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you. ### Health management Stay healthy with us thanks to preventive measures, a wide variety of sports and various partnerships.
