## Job description

Your Tasks Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandsfirmenkund:innen im Bereich der Kautionsversicherung / Avale / Bürgschaften / Garantien in Deutschland Vorbereitung von Underwriting-Entscheidungen, insbesondere die Bewertung der Bonität von Unternehmen anhand ihrer Finanzkennzahlen Treffen von Underwriting-Entscheidungen (je nach Senioritätslevel) Direkter Kontakt und Kommunikation mit Makler:innen und Kund:innen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern (Accounting, Legal, Pricing,...) Analyse von Großprojekten und Policen-Wordings Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Sparte Aktive Mitgestaltung des Portfolios Unterstützung bei internen Reportings Your Profile Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich BWL, Finanzen, Banken, Versicherungen, Mathematik o.Ä.

Erfahrung im Bereich Kautionsversicherung / Avale / Bürgschaften in Deutschland (entscheidend für die Einstufung der Seniorität) Zahlenaffinität und ein gutes Wissen über die Finanzanalyse von Unternehmen Gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau, Englischkenntnisse wünschenwert, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind ein Bonus Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
