Post, Bestellungen, Legitimationen, Rechnungsworkflow, Reisekostenerstellung Unterstützung des Regionaldirektors sowie der Führungskräfte Bedienung von Vertriebssystemen und Auskunftssystemen aller Sparten Unterstützung der Vertriebspartner:innen bei technischen Fragen sowie in der Anwendung des CRM-Systems Planung, Organisation und Begleitung von Veranstaltungen Administrative Umsetzung im Rahmen "gut beraten" Sonderaufgaben Dein

Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung für Kaufleute für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder Kaufleute für Bürokommunikation mit Erfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb Berufserfahrung im Exklusivvertrieb Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Auskunftssysteme aller Sparten Versierter Umgang mit dem Microsoft Office-Paket sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse MS Teams Selbständige, systematische und vertriebsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und
