Deine Aufgaben Eigenständige Betreuung eines definierten Darlehensportfolios (Privatkunden & Gewerbe) Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie regulatorischer Anforderungen Bearbeitung von Prolongationen gemäß vorgegebenen Konditionsrahmen Bearbeitung von Sicherheitenfreigaben und -änderungen Durchführung und Überwachung des Mahnwesens inkl. Verzugszinsen Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Teamleitung und Fachverantwortlichen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (z.

B. Accounting, Recht, Compliance) Dein Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Bank-/Versicherungswesen oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bestandsmanagement von Hypotheken- bzw. Baufinanzierungsdarlehen Fundierte Kenntnisse in Darlehens- und Sicherheitenstrukturen, Grundbuch- und Kreditsicherungsrecht, Mahn- und Vollstreckungsprozessen Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Risikobewusstsein Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
