## Job description

Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der beruflichen Erstausbildung Mitarbeit bei der Organisation verschiedener Veranstaltungen im Rahmen der Erstausbildung Mitwirkung an verschiedenen Projekten rund um die Erstausbildung Dein Profil Begonnenes Studium der Erziehungs- bzw. Sozialwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Reststudiendauer > 1 Jahr Spaß an administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie rasche Auffassungsgabe Kommunikative:r und auf­ge­schlossene:r Team­­player:in Sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft Office-Produkten, insbesondere Teams Fließende Deutsch­kenntnisse erforderlich, gute Englisch­kennt­nisse wünschenswert Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Anwesenheit im Büro (1 - 2 Tage/Woche) Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
