Identify and evaluate data sources including claims data, electronic health records, registries, natural history datasets, biobanks, and other real-world data assets. Design and execute observational studies using appropriate methods and analytical approaches to address prioritized evidence questions. Author and review scientific materials including protocols, analysis plans, study reports, publications, regulatory submissions, and other evidence communications.

Manage research partners and vendors to deliver high-quality studies on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable standards. Apply innovative technologies and methods including digital tools, advanced analytics, data visualization, and AI-enabled approaches to strengthen evidence generation.

Demonstrated ability to design, conduct, and interpret complex observational studies. Understanding of regulatory and payer evidence requirements.
