## Job description

### Responsibilities

Independently handle the entire internal quality audit project from risk assessment to final audit finding communication as well as periodic follow-up on improvement status Ensure operation of overseas organization comply with headquarters’ quality system Responsible for 3rd party quality system certification Responsible for customer audit handling (Scope of change) There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

### Minimum Qualifications

At least 3+ years of experience as a quality auditor in a semiconductor or automotive industry, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 auditor qualification are preferred Being familar with quality tools (ex. boxplot, fishbond etc.), 6 sigma, 8D, quality-related background is highly preferred. Bachelor or higher degree in in the related field of industrial engineering or science and engineering Capable to communicate in English and Japanese in business occasions.

Chinese language skill is plus. JMP, SQL, R programming, or Python is preferred. Preferred Qualifications ・Chinese Working Conditions Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30 Benefits, Welfare - Health insurance, Employee pension, Employment insurance, Industrial accident compensation insurance, Pension plan, Retirement allowance plan, Annual leave, Commuting allowance: Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Housing allowance (In accordance with company's regulations)

Holiday - Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays, Vacation regulations：GW vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations ※Follows the vacation regulations according to the company calendar Recruitment Process - 2-3 interviews → offer *We are planning a training program in Taiwan (approximately 3 months) after you join the company.
