## Job description

Responsibilities （Immediately after hiring)

### Responsibilities(Either for Buyer or Planner) Buyer
- Manage suppliers' relationships and their Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service and Sustainability toward reliable and cost effective supply chain.
- Develop procurement strategies and enhance/execute collaborations with suppliers and Operations.
- Lead projects related to JASM's supply chain excellence.
- A highly motivated and teamwork individual.

### Planner
- Demand forecast and supply planning to ensure requirements fulfilled.
- Supplier management to ensure reliable delivery and replenishment.
- Usage and qualification management to ensure efficient supply chain operation.
- Lead/coordinate cross functional enhancement project(s) for supply chain excellence. (Scope of Change) There is a reassignment to the work specified by the company

### Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor or master degree in engineering/business related fields. 2. 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain management in high technology or equivalent. 3. Proficient in Japanese, communication capability in English. 4. A highly motivated and teamwork individual.

### Preferred Qualifications

1. Good business sense, logical thinking and strong attention to detail. 2. Good communication and project coordination skills. Working Conditions
- Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 8:30～17:30

### Commuting allowance
- Actual expenses (maximum 50,000 yen/month), Housing allowance (In accordance with company's regulations)
- Holiday - Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays, Vacation regulations：GW vacation, Year-end and New Year vacations ※Follows the vacation regulations according to the company calendar
- Recruitment Process - 2-3 interviews+ Aptitude Test→ offer
