## Job description

Responsibilities（Immediately after hiring)
- Pre-check FCCB report
- Summarize quality related KPI and report preparation
- Assist engineers to summarize FCCB, SPC, Audit related KPI

### Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to use excel for data summarization
- Good communication skills
- Willing to take challenge *QM

### Job Description
- Drive global compliance to manufacturing quality standards and success of fab quality system certifications.
- Provide quality guidance to ensure product success at launch and high-volume technology ramping.
- Monitor and analyze the wafer fabrication process, equipment parameters, manufacturing, factory facilities, and incoming material to early detect the signal of quality events.
- Apply statistics process control methods to establish and sustain a robust manufacturing process control. Standardizing, and documentation for the control methodologies.
- Predictive analytics and statistical applications including modeling, machine learning, data science, process control methods, developing and implementing methods for specialized applications.
- Manage and coordinate with fab change, including change report quality, fab change committee meeting to review experiment data and results from products, performance tracing for the safe change.
