## Job description

Responsibilities （Immediately after hiring)
- Handling Diffusion, Thin Film, Lithography or Etching equipment in cleanroom environment.
- Install/Qualify new tool sets according to planned schedule to add capacity in a timely manner
- Applying your experience and systematic approach to solve critical equipment issues.
- Improving tool uptime availability and utilization efficiency.
- Identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.
- Performing visual inspections (quality check) post PM (Scope of change) There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.

### Minimum Qualifications
- High school degree or above and manufacturing industry related experience.
- Able to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information.
- Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and timeliness.
- A team player who can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good problem–solving and communication skills as well as a willingness to learn.
- The ability to troubleshoot complex problems and strong ownership in providing root-cause fixes.

### Preferred Qualifications
- Basic mechanical-related knowledge and knowledge of semiconductor processes are desirable.
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus.
- Entry level English is preferred. We welcome candidates who have willingness of learning English.

### Working Conditions
- Location - （Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company
- Working Days & Hours - 3 day-on, 3 day-off shift (D-shift 7:20AM~7:20PM, N-shift 7:20PM~ Next day 7:20AM)
