Job Profile Summary Responsible for the sales and marketing activities of the organization. Activities include: - Business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships - Pricing research and strategy, including network cost/pricing, competitor analysis, etc. - Media planning, analytics and strategy, including R.O.I. (Return on Investment) evaluation and digital marketing analytics and strategy - Medical product market analytics, including evaluating the economic value of products and therapies with clinical and quality of life outcomes data, along with market access and reimbursement strategies - Brand licensing activities to expand brand presence within brand-approved quality standards - E-commerce strategy, planning and management, including merchant development and support Description Job Summary: Responsible for administration and maintenance of Sysco Merchandising and Supply Chain (“SMS”) centralized pricing and purchase order flow RESPONSIBILITIES: ​Implement and maintain accurate centralized supplier product costing in multiple applications - Implement and review Supplier cost file submissions for accuracy - Resolve live purchase order inquiries prior to purchase order ship date - Research and resolve purchase order claims and repayment requests in collaboration with Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate and timely reconciliations - Assist and educate internal Colleagues and external Suppliers with pricing functionality and cost file submissions - Implement and maintain new item additions and attributes Initiate root cause analysis on repetitive cost discrepancies and implement corrective action Manually maintain accurate supplier records for publication and use by multiple departments Education Required: High School Diploma Education Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate degree Experience Required: 2 years business experience Experience Preferred: Customer Service Contract/Rebate Management Project Management Problem Solving - Knowledge of Supplier Earned Income Agreements - Knowledge of Supply Chain Distribution processes Technical Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal and communication (oral, written and listening) skills to create a positive team environment and to clearly articulate ideas and thoughts to all areas of the Sysco organization and the Sysco suppliers. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to initiate action and work independently in remote environment. Strict attention to detail, works independently with impeccable follow-up skills. Preferred knowledge of Sysco systems and processes for centralized price management (RME, AS240) Intermediate to advanced analytical skills for accuracy.
