Responsible for the inbound sales inquiry phone line with round robin distribution amongst the team. Evaluating whether inquiries are ready for sales communication or require additional qualification based on the defined criteria. Upon initial evaluation and (or) qualification of the engagement, the proper sales channel has been identified for routing. Administration of the lead routing process to Direct Sales or Channel Partners per the predefined criteria based on geographic region and product interest. Maintaining data hygiene within Salesforce. Working closely with various stakeholders across the business. Account Managers Regional Sales Managers Channel Partners Channel Partner Managers Field Marketing Product Marketing Channel Marketing Marketing Operations Ace Operations The Impact You Will Have: Connecting internal resources with customers to solve real world problems. Systematic data to provide feedback on effective marketing strategies. Execution on behalf of the Go to Market strategy across multiple Lines of Business, Products, and Sales Strategy What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of full-time employment required with a High School diploma. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred. Experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Well-organized to be flexible throughout the day regarding customer inquiries that are considered “high priority” and do not allow a disruption to negatively impact your daily role. Fluency in English. Working proficiency in Spanish is a plus. ### Who You Are Data driven and CRM focused Collaborative Flexible in daily priorities while executing the geographic operational model. Adaptable to change in processes and procedures as the S&A business continues to closer align under the Synopsys umbrella as a Line of Business.
