## Job description

We Are Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products. We deliver industry-leading silicon design, IP, simulation and analysis solutions, and design services. We partner closely with our customers across a wide range of industries to maximize their R&D capability and productivity, powering innovation today that ignites the ingenuity of tomorrow.

You Are You have spent years in the electromagnetics and high-frequency world, and you know the difference between a simulation that looks good in a demo and one that actually solves the problem a customer is trying to fix. You are comfortable walking into a room with a design team struggling with signal integrity issues and walking out with a clear path forward, not because you have all the answers immediately, but because you know how to ask the right questions and map their workflow to the right toolset.

You think like an engineer first, but you have learned how to translate that thinking for people who do not live in HFSS or SIwave every day. You have done the technical work, debugged the models, built the flows, and now you enjoy being the person who helps others do the same. You do not need perfect requirements to get started. You work with what you have, fill in the gaps through conversation, and move things forward without waiting for someone else to define the problem for you.

You are organized enough to juggle multiple customer engagements without dropping threads, and you care enough about the work to follow through until the solution actually lands. At Synopsys, you will work with a team that values technical depth, and you will support customers building the next generation of products that actually matter.

### What You'll Be Doing
- Lead technical engagements throughout the sales cycle, from discovery calls and product demos to proof-of-concept evaluations with customers across Vietnam and the region
- Design and deliver signal integrity and power integrity solutions for PCB, package, and advanced packaging workflows using Ansys HFSS, SIwave, and Q3D Extractor
- Act as the technical bridge between customers and product development teams, translating real-world design challenges into feature requests and testing new releases against industrial use cases
- Provide consulting services and deliver training sessions to help customers and internal teams get the most out of high-frequency simulation tools
- Participate in technical events, webinars, and customer workshops to share expertise and strengthen Synopsys' presence in the RF, SI, and PI communities Debug customer workflows and resolve software-related issues, working across teams to ensure fast and accurate resolution The Impact You Will Have Enable engineering teams to adopt advanced simulation tools that reduce design cycles and catch issues earlier in the development process
- Build long-term customer relationships by delivering solutions that work in their specific context, not just in theory
- Influence the roadmap of Synopsys simulation products by capturing customer needs and feeding them directly into development priorities Accelerate time-to-market for next-generation automotive, communications, and IoT products by helping customers solve complex signal and power integrity challenges Expand Synopsys' technical credibility in Vietnam and across the region through hands-on problem solving and visible expertise
- Help customers transition from manual, error-prone workflows to automated, repeatable simulation processes that scale across their organization

### What You'll Need

MS or PhD in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a focus on electromagnetics or related high-frequency disciplines 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience using simulation tools like Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Q3D Extractor, or equivalent in real-world applications
- Solid understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, RF, and microwave concepts, and how they apply to PCB and package design
- Ability to debug simulation models and workflows, diagnose software issues, and work with customers to resolve them efficiently Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly Experience building automation workflows for RF, signal integrity, power integrity, or EMC simulation is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools like ADS, MATLAB, Python, or CST, and hands-on lab or measurement experience, are valuable additions

### Who You Are

You can sit in a customer meeting, listen to a messy design problem, and walk out with a clear technical plan without needing three follow-up calls to clarify what they actually need You are organized enough to manage multiple customer projects at once and disciplined enough to follow through on commitments without someone checking in on you

You do not wait for perfect information to start solving a problem, you work with what you have, ask smart questions, and make progress You are comfortable working across teams and geographies, collaborating with sales, product development, and other application engineers to get the right outcome for the customer You care about the quality of the solution, not just closing the ticket, and you take ownership of making sure what you deliver actually works in the customer's environment

You are ready to travel within Vietnam and occasionally across the region, and you see customer visits as an opportunity to learn and build relationships, not just a box to check The Team You'll Be Part Of You will join the Electronics High Frequency team within the Ansys Customer Excellence group at Synopsys.

This is a global team of engineers who specialize in RF, signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic simulation. The team works closely across regions and functions to deliver technical solutions, support customer success, and contribute to product development. You will collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, share knowledge regularly, and have access to deep technical expertise as you grow in the role.

Rewards and Benefits We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
