We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Perform system-level software validation, deployment, and testing for strategic customers, including functional, stress, regression, and automation scripting for server environments. - Provide technical support for strategic customer issues by performing root cause analysis, driving resolution, and ensuring clear internal coordination and timely communication. - Support on-site deployment and validation activities at customer data centers, requiring travel to customer sites as needed. - Lead or participate in failure analysis for critical issues and prepare 8D reports, clearly documenting root causes, corrective actions, and preventive measures. - Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, deployment procedures, automation scripts, evaluation reports, and customer status dashboards. - Participate in customer and internal issue review meetings, providing technical updates and recommendations. - Support global team collaboration to maintain continuous coverage and timely response for high-priority projects across time zones. - Enforce software and system quality standards while identifying opportunities to improve deployment processes, automation, and support efficiency. ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems deployment, automation, or technical support, preferably with data center or server industry experience. - Proven experience in data center operations, server deployment, and troubleshooting. - Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). - Solid understanding of networking, server hardware, virtualization, and operating systems (Linux/Windows). - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or on-call support. - Ability and willingness to travel for on-site customer support when required. - Experience with on-site deployment support or customer data center environments is highly desirable. - Solid understanding of validation methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking processes. - Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
