We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Monitor production quality and co-work with cross function team for the best products quality improvement. - Internal/External quality data creation/collection/management for further analysis and process standardization as well. - Standard procedure creation/maintenance from the best quality point of view. - Monitor solution implementation and preventative mechanism. - Communicate with customers and cross function team directly to provide quality service. - Field site products quality control and co-work with worldwide quality team feedback and quality improvement. - Manage team for the best of product quality Qualifications: - BS degree above - QC method and experience with quality assurance and issue analysis. - Well communication skills and teamwork. - EE and ME technology background. - Knowing Server / Storage / Rack / LCS products. - Independence, Diligent, Initiative and positive.
