We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and host customer factory visits and support customer audits. Handle shipment quality issues, including RMA cases and customer complaints. Manage quality activities for existing and new OEM system projects. Respond to customer questionnaires and provide required quality documentation. Support customer product verification and inspection activities at external locations. Perform quality data analysis and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. ### Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or related field. 5 years of experience in quality engineering, customer quality support, or manufacturing quality roles. Experience interacting with customers or handling customer quality issues is preferred. ### Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams. Good problem‑solving and issue‑analysis capability. Familiarity with basic quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA). Ability to prepare reports, respond to customer inquiries, and manage documentation clearly. Good task‑management skills, able to handle multiple priorities. English or Japanese reading/writing proficiency is preferred for customer documentation. Personal Attributes Customer‑focused mindset and strong sense of responsibility. Detail‑oriented with good teamwork and coordination skills. Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure.
