We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement. Responsible for PCBA process output and quality yield; need to perform risk assessment and cooperate with function teams for quality control. Cooperation with cross function team to ensure smooth model ramp up. Plan and coordinate CIP projects General knowledge about PCBA process and testing. Guide CM to enhance inspection coverage. Take lead of function failure analysis and CAPA execution. Support quality improvement events to plan and validate corrective action result. Responsible for component issue handling, including PCB.
