Supermicro is committed to protecting the environment through its “We Keep IT Green®” initiative and provides customers with the most energy-efficient, environmentally-friendly solutions available on the market. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Leads sales, FAE, and product team to design and engineer IoT, Edge Computing, IPC, Embedded, 5G solution proposals to influence and win enterprise customer decision and RFI, and RFP -Lead engineering, service and technical support organizations to resolve all customer issues ensuring operational excellence in post-sales system and technology deployments -Design and define next-generation server system architecture and work with product managers to manage product development cycles and customer delivery -Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product roadmap is competitive in the market -Work closely with internal engineering team to ensure clientss' expectations and requirements are incorporated in the new platform -Ensure customer overall satisfaction, collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve clients' issues or concerns in a timely manner Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experieces, MBA is high preferrable -At least 3 years of experience in business development or promoting embedded solutions, IPC, or server/computer hardware products solutions.
