Translate feature requirements into actionable product backlog items and high-level product specifications. Create clear and actionable requirement documents to guide engineering teams throughout development, ensuring that feature planning aligns with the company’s strategic initiatives and supports long-term business objectives. Proactively drive improvements in system management software to address evolving business and technology requirements. Collaborate closely with R&D, LAB, hardware and firmware teams, as well as external customers, to ensure alignment between product requirements and technical solutions. Manage the entire delivery process from development kickoff through release, ensuring on-time deployment and maintaining high quality standards. Support the development of schedules and monitor progress, proactively identify technical or cross-functional risks that could affect timelines, and escalate critical issues to management when necessary. Leverage data analysis, market insights, and technical reviews to identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to product features, solutions, and internal development processes. Coordinate cross-functional teams to monitor and drive the resolution of internal and external issues and bugs, ensuring timely closure and contributing to continuous improvement in product quality.
