As a Warehouse Clerk, you will work closely with warehouse and shipping managers, assisting with OEM customers’ orders, and arranging shipments from freight forwards as well as document processing. If you have a passion for warehousing and distribution Supermicro wants you! ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - 倉儲/物流相關 ISO 管理體系之推動、WIP/SOP修訂與維護，WH內外部稽核作業（含稽核應對、改善追蹤）。 - WH相關 PR開立、追蹤與結案作業，確保物資/設備申請流程合規且時程符合需求。 - 倉庫作業相關設備校驗規劃、執行與紀錄維護，以確保符合ISO規範。 - 倉庫定期點檢作業（包含設備、安全、環境、流程等），確保符合內控與稽核要求。 - 各項文件與紀錄維護（ISO文件/校驗報告/點檢表/PR紀錄），確保文件完整可追溯。 ### 教育程度 - 大學以上學歷（物流管理、工業工程、企業管理、品質管理相關科系佳） ### 工作經驗 - 5年以上倉儲／物流／製造業相關經驗，具備相關ISO相關經驗。 ### 專業能力 - 基本電腦操作能力，能夠熟練使用OFFICE文書軟體。 - 關注細節與正確性；文件編修與流程管理能力。 ### 語言能力 - 中文－良好聽說讀寫能力； 英文－聽說：基本程度／讀寫：一般程度（可閱讀ISO文件、SOP、校驗報告等）。 ### 人際交往能力 - 需具備良好的人際交往能力，以有效地與同事、客戶及稽核單位溝通協作。 ### 責任感 - 需具備高度責任感，以遵守公司政策與程序，確保工作準確性與效率。 - 具備公平、道德與誠信。 Salary Range EEO Statement Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
