We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs - Lead or contribute to service architecture design, particularly in microservices and event-driven systems - Optimize data queries and system performance for relational and NoSQL databases - Build and manage CI/CD workflows using Docker and Git Integrate AI-related features (e.g., model inference APIs, vector databases, NLP pipelines) into backend systems - Participate in code reviews and continuously improve code quality and maintainability - Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions - Maintain and troubleshoot production systems and participate in on-call support when needed Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Python for backend development (FastAPI) - Solid understanding of Git-based development workflows Experience with Docker for environment setup, packaging, and deployment - Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), caching, and performance best practices - Knowledge or experience with AI/ML systems (e.g., integrating ML APIs, handling inference pipelines) - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Go or Java for backend development (Python remains the top priority) Basic frontend knowledge (JavaScript/TypeScript with Vue or React) - Familiarity with distributed systems tools (e.g., Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ) Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana) Hands-on experience deploying ML models as APIs or integrating LLMs EEO Statement Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
