[Apply on Super Micro Computer’s careers site →](https://jobs.supermicro.com/job/Bade-Sr_-Manager%2C-Technological-Production-Taiw/1438131900/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Super Micro Computer](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/super-micro-computer/) / Sr. Manager, Technological Production ## Job description ### Job Req ID 28923 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Understand SMT/DIP process technology and possess the ability to set up thermal profiling. - Prepare for MP product production, with knowledge and capability in: SMT stencil, fixtures, carriers, standard operating procedures (SOP) parameters for each station, DFM knowledge, and review ability. - NPI transfer to MP products/process review. - Analyze production issues and improve quality, handle customer complaints with 8D reports, defect analysis, and provide effective solutions. - Improve production quality and efficiency while reducing production costs. - Establish production process flow and optimize production processes. - Communicate and coordinate across departments - Design DOE test for optimizing PCBA design. - Review and manage CM line balance. ### Education and/or Experience - 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred. ### Language Skills - English, Mandarin. - Good knowledge of SMT/DIP/Assembly process and equipment. - Good knowledge of IPC-A-610, SPC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) - With 5+ years in leadership roles.
