We seek talented, passionate, and committed engineers, technologists, and business leaders to join us. ### Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives across our computer hardware portfolio and partner programs. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing end-to-end program execution, and fostering strong relationships with key technology partners to deliver innovative hardware solutions to market. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): - Assist in planning and tracking hardware deployment programs and partner initiatives - Maintain program documentation, schedules, and status reports - Help identify and resolve program risks and issues in collaboration with senior team members - Support onboarding and communication with hardware and technology partners - Coordinate logistics for partner meetings, demos, and joint initiatives - Help maintain partner collateral and documentation - Work closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines - Schedule and facilitate team and partner meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items - Manage program timelines, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed - Continuously refine program lifecycle processes to enhance quality, security, and partner satisfaction ### Data mining and data analysis Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - 0–2 years of experience in a project coordination, program management, or technical support role - Strong organizational and communication skills - Interest in computer hardware and technology partnerships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus Salary Range $75,000 - $95,000 EEO Statement Supermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
